The Elkins Park House is protected by ADT Security Systems & US Security

The ADT Access Control System at the Elkins Park House is a "state of the art " system where our Residents use an electronic fob to access the building and to use the elevators. All guests to the Elkins Park House are required to register at our front desk and when they are announced, they are issued a temporary elevator pass, which allows them to take the elevator to the floor of the resident they are visiting.  

ADT Camera Surveillance - The Elkins Park House has 20 color cameras at various locations throughout our property.  These camera's are monitored 24 hours a day by Elkins Park House Staff & US Security.

Uniformed US Security Officers -  Protect our property from Midnight - 8:00 AM. These guards monitor the interior and exterior of the Elkins Park House Condominum complex.  They also make several tours of the property each night, which includes visiting each and every floor of our building and extensive tours of the grounds and parking lots.
